Why Upgrade Your RAWRR Mantis Brakes?
Featuring a 4-piston Hydraulic Disc Brake and 220mm rotors, the Rawrr Mantis’s braking power fell short of every other lightweight bike we tested. While some riders may not find an issue with this, more experienced riders who have tested multiple other brands will notice the immediate drop in stopping power.
For this reason, we recommend upgrading to a brand-new brake kit from Lewis or Formula—especially if you plan to tackle more technical terrains.
