You may think that your Surron Lightbee battery and motor are all that determine performance, but there’s an important middleman that regulates power and energy between these two devices: the controller.
Known as the brains of the operation, the controller determines how well these parts operate together, especially when it comes to tuning your ebike for technical trails. Upgrading your Surron Lightbee controller to a tunable controller from EBMX or Ventus will instantly increase your battery range and power output.
In addition, we offer a wide range of aftermarket electronic products for your LBX, including heatsinks, turn signal kits, light bars, and more that offer plug-and-play compatibility with your stock wiring setup.
Explore Electric Cycle Rider’s collection of advanced Surron LBX electronics to find innovative solutions that maximize your bike’s capabilities.
How to Choose the Right Surron LBX Controller
Electric Cycle Rider offers several different controller options for your LBX designed to deliver more power and longer ranges on your stock or aftermarket battery. Selecting the ideal controller for your Surron LBX depends on your riding style, budget, and performance goals.
For example, if you plan to use your LBX for racing, then we found great success using the easy, custom-tune features of the EBMX X-9000 Controller during the Redbull TKO. The EBMX X-9000 Controller is one of our most popular products, enabling a full range of custom tuning using the EBMX app from the Google Play or Apple Store.
KO Moto also offers simpler controller upgrades with plug-and-play installation, higher power outputs, and less confusing features for about half the price of the Spec Rush or EBMX X-9000 controller.
Regardless of what you choose, all aftermarket controllers found on the ECR store listed above are compatible with the Surron LBX and will deliver noticeable performance gains the instant they are plugged in.
