Looking to upgrade your Surron Ultra Bee to a proper 21/18 wheel setup? This KKE Complete Wheel Set takes one of our favorite Ultra Bee upgrades and steps it up with genuine Excel Takasago rims made in Japan.
We’ve been running KKE 21/18 wheels on our ECR Ultra Bee test bike for years through everything from trail riding to hard enduro terrain, and the 21-inch front / 18-inch rear setup remains one of the biggest improvements we recommend for the Ultra Bee.
Compared to the stock wheel sizes, the 21-inch front gives the bike better rollover through rocks, roots, ruts, and rough terrain, while the 18-inch rear opens the door to a much larger selection of true dirt bike tires. The result is an Ultra Bee that feels more planted, predictable, and capable off-road.
This premium version of the KKE wheelset pairs 7050-T6 aluminum Excel Takasago rims with CNC-machined 6082-T6 aluminum hubs. The wheels come complete with NSK bearings, KOK seals, spacers, spokes, and nipples, making them ready to accept your stock Ultra Bee brake rotors and sprocket.
Another major benefit of converting the Ultra Bee to 21/18 wheels is tire selection. There are significantly more motocross, enduro, trail, and gummy tire options available in these traditional dirt bike sizes.

In addition, this KKE Wheel Combo for the Surron Ultra Bee now opens up a lot more tire options for the front and rear.
This rear wheel will accommodate a 100/100-18 rear tireand 110/100-18 and we are currently running the Dunlop MX34 Rear Tirefor motocross applications, Bridgestone X30 for mixed trail applications, and IRC IX09 for hard enduro applications when a gummy tire is needed.
We prefer our trusted Bridgestone M59 80/100-21 for the front. The best tire selection for the Ultra Bee may vary depending on your terrain, but this is a tire combo that we run on most of our bikes as a do all tire option.
For Motocross applications, we recommend running the MX34 front, and for hard enduro, the IRC IX-09.
If you want a gummier, lightweight, and affordable rear tire in a 100/100-18, we would recommend the IRC VE33 Enduro Tire for the rear.
Even with stock tires still attached, the KKE 21/18 Wheel Set will deliver noticeable upgrades to your Surron Bee’s handling and result in far fewer bent rims!

Important Notes
Running a 21/18 wheel setup makes the factory traction control unusable on the Surron Ultra Bee.
Your stock Ultra Bee brake rotors and sprocket fit these wheels.
Wheels come pre-drilled for rim locks.
Tires, tubes, rim locks, brake rotors, and sprocket are not included unless otherwise specified.
